We wanted to share with you our favorite summer hors d’oeuvres that we know your guests will love. Our chefs are creative masters in the kitchen and once you taste our food, you too will agree. Chilled Cucumber Gazpacho Shot: Many people have not heard of this hors d’oeuvre. It is a chilled cucumber served with a minced or pureed tomatoes spices and topped with a hint of lemon juice for a refreshing and tasty treat.
Scallops Wrapped in Bacon: Applewood Bacon wrapped scallops with apricot-horseradish chutney is always a popular hors d’oeuvere among the guests.
Melon, Prosciutto, and Fresh Mozzarella: This hors d’oeuvre is perfect for hot summer weddings–skewers of our fresh melon, prosciutto and mozzarella is a hit with many guests.
Half-Shell Oysters: These chilled oysters are delicious already– all we do is top it off with some cocktail sauce and lemon juice.
Crab stuffed mushrooms: Our large mushrooms are stuffed with lump crab meat mixed with herbs and cheese.
Pigs in a blanket: We know this is a typical hors d’oeuvre, but who doesn’t like pigs in a blanket?! Keep in mind that this is a great food to serve if you are having kids attend your wedding reception.
